Khedi Hotel is situated in Avlabari, one of Tbilisi’s oldest and most historic districts, just a short walk from the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the Bridge of Peace.
True to its name (ხედი means “view”), the hotel’s rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the old town’s rooftops, modern cityscape, and surrounding hills.

The hotel comprises two distinct buildings, the first of which was designed by renowned Georgian designer Nia Mgaloblishvili. Its rooms combine a restrained neoclassical style with bright, colorful accents. Shelves are adorned with books and plaster busts, while a winged Hermes sculpture and a custom black marble table - created specifically for Khedi by DesignBureau - add distinctive, artistic touches.
Warm green tones, natural wood furnishings, and a corridor carpet inspired by a topographical map of Tbilisi - featuring motifs of the Mtkvari River - create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Creative lighting and an open fireplace further enhance the hotel’s mysterious and elegant ambiance.
The second building, designed by Evgeny Evdokimov from Odessa, features warm colors, a two-hundred-year-old tree, and rich, textured fabrics. These two distinct design approaches celebrate Georgian culture and craftsmanship while ensuring the comfort and homely feeling of Khedi hotel. All furniture is crafted from high-quality wood, with upholstery made from natural cotton and wool. The Khedi Sushi Bar, located in the center of the building, is filled with live plants, creating a refreshing and vibrant atmosphere that complements the hotel’s overall design.
The Khedi Hotel features 57 unique rooms, each decorated with a harmonious blend of modern and traditional Georgian elements, creating its own distinct atmosphere. Specially designed mattresses and pillows, plush robes, and soft slippers ensure a cozy and comfortable stay for every guest.
Rooms are equipped with modern amenities, both standard and exclusive, including free Wi-Fi, teapots, charcoal water filters, hair dryers, satellite TV, refrigerators, and safes. Exclusive touches include SMEG coffee machines and Zielinski & Rozen skincare products. The hotel’s signature plush rabbits are also available, adding a playful and memorable element to your stay and interaction with the staff.
The hotel offers guests the chance to unwind and recharge in a comfortable fitness studio, fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. You can also challenge yourself in the boxing ring or stay energized with a gym session after a day of sightseeing.
For business events, the hotel offers a conference hall that can accommodate up to 150 people. The hall is equipped with cutting-edge technology and movable walls, making it ideal for group work and flexible arrangements.
