Our chef is Mr. Denis Abrosimov, the right-hand man of the famous chef and magician of Japanese cuisine Gunji Huroyuki, a chef with great experience who has worked for a long time in famous Japanese restaurants in New York and St. Petersburg.

On the hotel’s top floor, guests can enjoy international standard dining at the Khedi restaurant, which offers Georgian fusion cuisine. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Izo Dzandzava, the first Georgian woman chef to earn a mention in the Michelin Guide. Mrs. Izo has been collecting recipes from all over Georgia for many years and created a menu of modernized Georgian cuisine especially for “Khedi” restaurant; which is decorated with the chef’s main dish – Black Sea salmon with leeks.

The wine catalog of Khedi, which was specially selected by the sommelier of our restaurant, Magda Sinauridze, is commendable. The restaurant also offers a variety of cheeses aged in wine from Kakheti.
